Up for sale this hard to find Apple branded Quantum FireBall TM 1.2GB SCSI hard drive for vintage Quadras/Power Macs with an original. Sound Designer II authorization to run Digidesign industry-standard Sound Designer II audio software. This came from a working setup at a local studio, comes fully loaded with audio multitrack recording software and a full Sound Designer II authorization -very sought after and nearly impossible to find nowadays. This allows the powerful SDII software to run with approved Digidesign cards. Used for nearly two decades for mastering most CDs made in the 90s and 2000s, this software is well known by many professionals and still used to this day in classical music CD mastering for its unmatched (and technically perfect) stereo fade-ins /outs when cutting the record for mastering -amongst many other editing functions.
