I did connect power to the Unit and the fans spin-up and the red LED on the HDD blinks so I think the power supply is OK. You can hear the hard-disk winding down when you turn the Unit off too.
Not sure whether anyone will actually be able to make use of this item - it may of more interest to collectors or enthusiasts. Please be aware that some of the plastic grille is cracked on the bottom right shown in photos 1 and 2. Quite a heavy item, weighing-in at 15kg.
